Ewen Gillies (Builders). in conjunction with Reynolds Architecture & a team of Planning Consultants to develop the steeply sloping site which enjoys views to the North of the Edinbane estuary. The family homes follow a modern Scottish theme, reflective of the typical white rendered slate roofed long houses of the Western Isles, whilst making use of the sloping site with split levels and basements ensuring the principal living spaces are elevated and orientated to the views & sunlight.

This project is currently at Planning stage with an expected start on site 2010 with a phased completion subject to the local demand.
